Chef George received his Cooking Certificate from the City and Guilds of London Institute in London, England, and completed his apprenticeship at the Mecca Plantation House Restaurant, also in London. He has since worked in a number of hotels and restaurants in the United States and abroad: in Gluecksburg, West Germany; the Deerfield Beach Country Club in Deerfield Beach, Florida; the Hyatt Regency, Waikiki; and the Walt Disney Studios Marriott Hotel in Burbank, California.

Chef George teaches Garde Manger and Hot Foods Production, and oversees the Garde Manger portion of the curriculum. His professional affiliations include the Association of Culinaire Francaise, Chefs and Cooks of America, and the American Culinary Federation. Chef George is one of our Junior Culinary Team faculty facilitators.
